Welcome!  The Tennessee Longhunters was founded in 1976 by a group of shooters interested in the historical significance the longhunters played in the exploration and settlement of western North Carolina...  which is now the state of Tennessee. Today, the group boasts more than 30 members, which includes many local artisans, and members that simply enjoy the experience of the longhunter era.
